This exam aims to measure the knowledge of RAFI MFI employees in terms of their level of understanding to basic internal company policies. The results of this exam will help the Compliance Team create programs and initiatives to increase the level of compliance or sustain it and ultimately prosper the compliance culture in the entire organization.
